Nahe Kohlenstoffstahlrohre bestehen aus Stahlrichtoten oder festen Billetten durch Perforation, um Kapillaren herzustellen, die dann heiß gedreht, kaltgeschwollt oder kaltgezogen sind. Das Rohstoff aus Kohlenstoffstahlrohr ist ein Rohrrohling, das von einer Schneidemaschine in einen Billet mit einer Länge von etwa 1 Meter geschnitten und zum Erhitzen durch einen Förderband an einen Ofen geschickt wird. Die Billets werden in den Ofen eingespeist und auf etwa 1200 Grad Celsius erhitzt. Der Kraftstoff ist Wasserstoff oder Acetylen. Die Ofentemperaturregelung ist ein kritisches Problem. Nachdem die Rohrrohre aus dem Ofen freigesetzt wurde, wird er durch eine Druckstanzmaschine durchbohrt. Im Allgemeinen ist die häufigere Stanzmaschine die konische Roller -Stanzmaschine. Diese Art von Stanzmaschine hat eine hohe Produktionseffizienz, eine gute Produktqualität, eine große Menge an Perforation und Durchmessererweiterung und kann eine Vielzahl von Stahlnoten tragen. Nach der Perforation wird der Rohrrohr-Blank nacheinander gekreuzt, kontinuierlich gerollt oder von drei Rollen extrudiert.
